Part A
Description: High-Gloss Glaze is an advanced, high performance acrylic urethane system designed specifically for kitchen and bathroom refinishing. Cogent Coatings High-Gloss Glaze is extremely durable and maintains gloss and color retention.
Uses: Designed specifically by refinishers for refinishing of porcelain, ceramic tile, acrylic and fiberglass. Can be applied by airless, conventional, or HVLP spray equipment.
Mixing: A two component system consisting of base (component A) and activator (component B). The base should be thoroughly shaken to be certain that all pigments are reincorporated. Both components’ temperature must be above 55 ° F before intermixing. Mixing ratio is 4 parts component A to 1 part component B by volume. Thoroughly mix by agitation prior to use. This product has NO induction time, and has a pot life of approximately 4 to 8 hours. DO NOT USE CATALYZED MATERIAL THAT HAS EXCEEDED RECOMMENDED POT LIFE.

Reduction: Use CPC REDUCER for desired spray ability.
Coverage: Varies by color, one catalyzed gallon will cover approximately 600 sq. ft. at 1 mil. dry film thickness.
Clean Up: Use CPC REDUCER.
Primer: Glo CK Bonding Agent is recommended.
Resin is also compatible with other primers and preparation systems.
Dry Times:
Dry to touch: 3 minutes | Dry to handle: 30 minutes | Dry to use: 24 hrs.
Full cure maximum adhesion and durability is approximately 2 – 4 days.
Pot Life: At 70 ° F, pot life is around 4 to 8 hours. If temperature increases, pot life will be shorter.
